Web Designer/Developer

About the Role: We're seeking a creative web designer/developer who is looking to expand their skillset into a variety of other marketing fields. The right candidate combines design sensibility with technical execution. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from custom website development to content strategy for growing businesses in the coworking space and commercial real estate industries.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop custom websites using modern tools (Elementor, Webflow, custom CSS/HTML/JS)
• Create compelling content that balances user experience, conversion optimization, and SEO
• Monitor link outreach campaigns using tools like Pitchbox
• Produce visual assets and manage brand consistency across digital touchpoints
• Lead small projects from concept through completion
• Conceptualize and build marketing automations in GoHighLevel

Who We're Looking For:

The right candidate has worked on many visually-driven projects and has a strong sense of aesthetic judgment that goes beyond templates. You should have deep understanding of composition, typography, color palettes, and interactivity. The right person could basically make their own SquareSpace template - building websites that compliment great imagery.

Skills:

• Strong visual design background with portfolio demonstrating web design, branding, or digital media work
• Technical proficiency in web development, CSS, and at least one programming language
• Likes challenges - you enjoy learning new things and taking on a challenge
• Multidisciplinary mindset - comfortable moving between design, development, writing, and strategy
• Quick learner - you research solutions and pick up new tools quickly

Growth & Leadership Opportunity:

We're expanding from a boutique consultancy to a full-service agency, which means early team members will naturally grow into leadership roles. Within 12-18 months, the right person could be managing their own client portfolio, leading a creative team, and spearheading new service offerings based on their strengths and interests.

Ideal Background: Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent self-taught experience combining technical and creative skills.

Compensation: $25-35/hour based on experience, with opportunity for full-time conversion after 90 days.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
