Web Designer - Pakistan Remote

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills and hands-on experience in Webflow to design, build, and optimize visually engaging and user-friendly websites. This role combines design thinking with execution to deliver seamless digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for websites and landing pages.

2. Build, maintain, and optimize websites using Webflow.

3. Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.

4. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

5. Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized.

6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align design with brand and goals.

7. Conduct UX improvements based on user behavior, feedback, and analytics.

8. Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.


Requirements

1. Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Web Designer with a strong UI/UX portfolio.

2. Hands-on experience with Webflow (including CMS and animations).

3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

4. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

5. Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

6. Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
