Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Web Designer with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Wix. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually engaging and responsive websites using Wix, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to create UI/UX designs that align with the brand identity and user expectations.
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional websites using Wix (experience with Figma to Wix conversion is a plus).
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring websites are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective.
• Optimize website performance for mobile, tablet, and desktop views.
• Work on iterative improvements, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure the website meets client specifications and is visually appealing.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, web technologies, and best practices in web design and development.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot design issues.
• Collaborate with the content team to integrate text, images, and multimedia into designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in web design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Wix, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Figma for creating and collaborating on UI/UX designs.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly websites.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with design systems and website optimization for speed and performance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across different pages and devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Figma to Wix integration and customizations.
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript, jQuery, or other front-end technologies.
• Experience with SEO best practices and how design influences SEO.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Understanding of website accessibility and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
