Web Designer/Developer

IIFD is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly website pages for our education brand. The role focuses on UI/UX design, layout creation, and design execution in WordPress (Elementor).

Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive website layouts for iifd.in and related pages
• Create UI/UX designs using Figma / Adobe XD
• Convert designs into live pages using WordPress & Elementor
• Maintain brand consistency (colors, typography, spacing, visuals)
• Improve user experience and conversion-focused layouts
• Work with marketing and content teams for design requirements
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer
• Strong design skills and visual sense
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of WordPress & Elementor
• Understanding of responsive and UX-friendly design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic level)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with education or service-based websites
• Understanding of basic SEO-friendly design practices
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs and live websites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,876.64 - ₹37,617.85 per month

Work Location: In person
