Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality websites that are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for performance. You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of web projects that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Development:

- Develop, test, and deploy visually engaging websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, React.js, CodeIgniter, Angular CLI, Node.js, and JavaScript.

- Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs for cross-device compatibility.

- Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.

2. Front-End Development:

- Implement interactive and intuitive user interfaces based on design mockups and wireframes.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual fidelity and usability across browsers and devices.

- Apply modern web design principles, including UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.

3. Content Management Systems (CMS):

- Customize and maintain themes and plugins for platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or Webflow.

- Perform CMS-based website updates and ensure seamless marketing campaign integrations.

- Optimize CMS websites for performance, SEO, and user experience.

4. Back-End Development:

- Build and maintain server-side applications and databases.

- Implement and debug APIs and third-party services for added functionality.

- Ensure back-end processes are secure, efficient, and scalable.

5. Server-Side Management:

- Manage hosting environments, including AWS, cPanel, VPS (Linux), or other cloud-based platforms.

- Configure DNS settings, SSL certificates, and server performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot server-related issues and ensure uptime reliability.

6. Testing and Debugging:

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications for functionality, performance, and security.

- Resolve issues proactively to maintain high-quality deliverables.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time.

- Understand client requirements and provide innovative, technical solutions.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

8. Documentation:

- Create and maintain documentation of code, development processes, and best practices.

- Provide knowledge-sharing resources for internal and future use.

9. Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development, tools, and frameworks.

- Participate in training sessions and self-learning initiatives to enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong command over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, Vue.js, and CodeIgniter.

- Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js and PHP

- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or Webflow.

- Knowledge of version control tools like Git.

- Proficiency in website optimization, SEO principles, and performance tuning.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in web development and website maintenance.

- Proven ability to manage and deliver end-to-end web projects successfully.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
