Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance: Build, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces using CMS platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead meetings, manage deliverables, and align with business goals across a 15-person team.
• Documentation & Testing: Produce clear technical documentation and conduct rigorous testing to ensure quality and unlock automation.
• Innovation & Recommendations: Proactively suggest module system improvements and automation opportunities.
• Production Support: Identify and escalate issues, document impact, and provide technical support as needed.

Required Skills

• Leadership & Communication: Ability to represent the website as the main POC, lead meetings, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: 1+ year experience with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools.
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the team.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
• 1+ year of experience in enterprise-level systems and processes
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and provide excellent customer service

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
