Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function, according to client specifications.

This role involves close collaboration with clients, designers, and content teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret client specifications and identify website user requirements.
• Create time frames and work schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to align on project objectives.
• Build and maintain a network of freelance designers and content writers for project collaboration.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while maintaining proper documentation.
• Debug websites and ensure cross-platform optimization and functionality.
• Liaise with mobile developers to ensure seamless integration between web and mobile interfaces.
• Update project records, prepare status reports, and maintain version control.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and social media marketing trends.
• Supervise and mentor junior web developers, identify training needs, and assist in their development.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in web development.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks such as React or Angular (preferred).
• Experience with wireframe tools, debugging tools, and other diagnostic applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and SEO best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• A self-motivated, deadline-driven professional with a passion for innovation and continuous.

Location : Bahria Town Phase 7 , Rawalpindi

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
