Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with expertise in modern web technologies, UI/UX implementation, CMS platforms, and backend frameworks. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, client communication, and delivering high-quality, user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Web Development & Programming

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
• Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Work on modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Develop and manage websites on Shopify, BigCommerce, HubSpot, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace.

2. UI/UX Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.
• Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing front-end designs.
• Improve user experience by analyzing user flow and optimizing page layouts.
• Implement modern UI components and animations for a seamless interface.

3. CMS & eCommerce Management

• Manage, customize, and optimize WordPress websites.
• Build Shopify stores, customize themes, and integrate apps.
• Implement eCommerce functionalities, third-party tools, and payment gateways.

4. Server, Hosting & DevOps

• Manage web hosting, deployment, domain settings, and DNS.
• Work with Docker for container-based development and deployment.
• Perform backups, security audits, and website optimization.

5. Integration & Testing

• Handle database management and API integrations.
• Perform unit testing, fix bugs, and ensure reliable system performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, SEO-friendly structure, and optimized loading speed.

6. Client Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical suggestions.
• Share progress updates and handle client queries professionally.
• Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams.

7. Leadership & Problem Solving

• Lead the development team when required.
• Guide junior developers and assist with technical decision-making.
• Solve complex development challenges and optimize workflows.
