Web Developer

1. Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and project microsites.
• Ensure website content is up to date with latest projects, inventory, offers, and events.
• Optimize site structure, UI/UX, and responsiveness across all devices.

2. Real Estate Project Showcasing

• Create visually appealing project pages with floor plans, amenities, galleries, location maps, walkthroughs, and brochures.
• Integrate project-related inquiry forms, chat widgets, and lead capture tools.
• Maintain accurate information for ongoing and completed projects.

3. Lead Generation & CRM Integration

• Integrate website forms, WhatsApp API, chatbots, and third-party tools with CRM (e.g., Sell.Do, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Troubleshoot lead flow issues and ensure 100% data capturing.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

• Implement on-page SEO, technical SEO, and schema markup for real estate projects.
• Improve website loading speed, reduce errors, and maintain high Google PageSpeed scores.
• Monitor keyword performance and update content accordingly.

5. Digital Marketing Support

• Coordinate with marketing team to create landing pages for campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Implement tracking (GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API).
• Support SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing requirements.

6. Content Management

• Upload blogs, project updates, news, and corporate announcements.
• Manage multimedia (images, videos, 360° tours) and optimize for web.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed across all web assets.

7. Security & Compliance

• Maintain website security, SSL certificates, data protection, and regular backups.
• Monitor for broken links, malware, downtime, and technical issues.

8. Reporting & Analytics

• Track website traffic, user behavior, page performance, and lead analytics.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Recommend improvements based on analytics insights.

9. Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, design, and CRM teams to ensure accurate project representation.
• Support IT for hosting, server management, and domain maintenance.

10. Innovations & Enhancements

• Propose and implement new technologies like virtual tours, AR/VR walkthroughs, chatbot automation, and AI-based lead scoring.
