Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in web development and website design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. This role requires both technical development skills and a strong sense of UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
• Design website layouts, graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement best practices for performance, security, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular website updates, including content changes and feature enhancements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure mobile-friendly and responsive design across devices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in web development and website design.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to design modern, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with WordPress website migration, setup, and customization.
• Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first development, and AMP.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Experience creating digital marketing graphics, social media creatives, and print design materials.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and optimization tools.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
