Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in web development and website design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. This role requires both technical development skills and a strong sense of UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
• Design website layouts, graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement best practices for performance, security, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular website updates, including content changes and feature enhancements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure mobile-friendly and responsive design across devices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in web development and website designing.
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
• Front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular — as per company stack)
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, or similar).
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS is a plus.
• Ability to create clean, modern UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
