Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as practical experience working with CMS. The ideal candidate should be capable of building robust web applications, integrating APIs, developing scalable backend architectures, and managing CMS-based workflows to support dynamic content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and maintain front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Build and manage secure, scalable backend applications, APIs, and databases.
• Work with CMS platforms to customise, configure, and develop modules/plugins.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility across all digital products.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Maintain code quality through adherence to best practices, effective version control, and thorough documentation.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as needed.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and sprint cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., jQuery, React, Vue, or Angular).
• Hands-on experience with server-side programming (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Practical experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom CMS, etc.).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony) or JavaScript frameworks (Node/Express).
• Knowledge of server/hosting environments, deployment pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimisation.
