Web Developer

We are seeking a Full MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development and delivering high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React.js
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub)
• Understanding of MVC architecture
• Familiarity with authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redux / Context API
• Knowledge of Next.js
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
• [1-2] years of experience in full-stack development

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
