Web Developer

Job Description:

Fiana Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and also contribute to lead generation and sales-driven web solutions that support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:Web Development:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications
• Write clean, well-structured, scalable, and reusable code
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for all devices
• Work on both front-end and back-end development
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and plugins
• Optimise website performance, speed, and scalability
• Implement security best practices and ensure data protection
• Debug issues and perform regular updates and maintenance
• Collaborate with designers, content, marketing, and sales teams
• Follow industry standards and best coding practices

Sales Generation & Lead Conversion:

• Develop conversion-optimised websites and landing pages for lead generation
• Build and integrate contact forms, inquiry forms, chatbots, and CRM tools
• Create and optimise Call-to-Action (CTA) elements, sales pages, and funnels
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement conversion strategies
• Integrate tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
• Improve UI/UX to increase inquiries, sign-ups, and sales
• Develop SEO-friendly and paid-ad landing pages
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversions

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Backend experience with PHP / Node.js / Laravel / Django
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes and plugins preferred)
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly and performance-optimized development

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Experience with lead generation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Website security best practices
• Cloud hosting and deployment experience
• Experience with e-commerce platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications are a plus
