Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Web Developer to join our team for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of practical experience in web development and must be comfortable working remotely while staying connected with the team throughout the working hours.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, fixing technical issues, and implementing new features as required. The candidate should be self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

This position requires full-time availability and strong communication during working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain responsive websites
• Customize and manage WordPress websites
• Fix website bugs, errors, and technical issues
• Update website content, plugins, and themes
• Optimize website performance and loading speed
• Implement design changes and new features
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and SEO-friendly
• Work closely with the team to complete assigned development tasks
• Maintain website security and backups when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Web Development
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with WordPress development and customization
• Basic understanding of website optimization and SEO structure
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
• Familiarity with hosting environments and website deployment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Must have a stable internet connection and a proper working setup

Work Environment Requirements

• This is a remote position, but the candidate must remain available online during the full working hours (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
• The developer will be required to stay connected in a company meeting or virtual workspace during working hours.
• Camera must remain on during working hours to ensure availability and communication with the team.

Pay: Rs18,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
