Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Website Developer with strong WordPress expertise to design, build, and maintain high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites that deliver seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to enhance our online presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress (themes, plugins, and custom development).
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins as per business needs.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins for advanced functionality.
• Maintain security, backups, and regular updates for WordPress sites.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to implement UI/UX requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing websites.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Website Developer with proven WordPress projects.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, custom post types, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP/MySQL.
• Familiarity with Elementor, Divi, or other WordPress page builders.
• Experience in responsive design and cross-browser testing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Understanding of website hosting, cPanel, and domain management.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with eCommerce (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento).
• Knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
