We’re Hiring: MERN Stack Developer Associate (3 Years Experience)

Location: Gulberg, Lahore.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer Associate with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications and delivering high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and optimization
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of modern development workflows and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
