Web Developer (AT)

A software development company in Bellevue, WA is looking for a Web Developer who is familiar with C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python. This position is part of the Systems Team in their R&D Department. You will focus on design, development, testing, maintenance of operating systems, system software and related applications.

This is a full time direct hired position, 8 hours a day. Most employees work from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, but it can be flexible. You will need to complete the 90-day probation period to receive medical/dental/vision insurance. PTO and sick days leaves are available as well.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and system-level applications.
• Write, review, and optimize code for efficiency, stability, and scalability.
• Conduct systems analysis to identify and resolve software or hardware issues.
• Collaborate with operators and analysts to define system requirements and troubleshoot problems.
• Create and update documentation for system design, code, and revisions.
• Develop detailed workflow diagrams and specifications for system processes.
• Apply industry best practices, software design patterns, and secure coding techniques.
• Continuously enhance system performance and ensure compatibility with evolving technology standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Java, Perl, Python, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and system optimization techniques.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.
