About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Custom Full Stack Web Developer to join our creative agency. The ideal candidate can build fully custom websites and e-commerce platforms, and deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with creative brand concepts. You must be proficient in React, Next.js, and Node.js, enabling you to handle both front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom websites and e-commerce platforms using React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Build responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces based on UI/UX designs
• Develop and maintain API integrations, server-side logic, and back-end functionalities
• Customize CMS platforms (especially WordPress—custom themes & plugins) when needed
• Implement and manage databases (MySQL or similar)
• Optimize website performance, SEO, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing websites and applications
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and project managers for smooth project execution

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Solid understanding of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with back-end development including APIs, authentication, and server-side logic
• Experience with custom WordPress development (themes, plugins)
• E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built)
• Experience working with MySQL or other databases
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
