Web Developer Executive

Role Definition The Web Development Executive will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites for clients across different industries. The role requires hands-on coding, customization on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and ensuring websites are responsive, optimized, and aligned with client business goals

Website Development & Customization

● Setup new account for developing website on Shopify, Wordpress or Wix platform

● Design Section wise page layouts based on the content provided by the client

● Customize themes, plugins, and templates as per client requirements.

● Implement integrations with CRM tools, payment gateways, chatbots, WhatsApp APIs, etc.

● Develop and maintain forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms.

Responsive Design & Optimization

● Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible

● Ensure websites are responsive on different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)

● Optimize websites for speed, SEO readiness, and Core Web Vitals

● Regularly monitor site performance and fix issues (UI bugs, loading errors, broken links)

Website Maintenance & Support

● Conduct regular website audits for bugs, downtime, and broken features.

● Take Website backups as per agreed scope of maintenance (daily/weekly/monthly) with clients

● Apply security updates, plugin upgrades, and backups on schedule.

● Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting for clients.

● Maintain version control and documentation for all website changes.

Collaboration with Marketing & Design Teams

● Work closely with designers to implement brand guidelines and creative assets

● Collaborate with marketing teams to create landing pages for campaigns

● Support SEO, analytics, and tracking implementations (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel)

● Provide website support during live campaigns and troubleshoot urgent issues

Measurement Metrics

● Delivery of websites within agreed timelines and scope.

● Website performance scores (speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO readiness).

● Error-free deployment with minimal post-launch issues.

● Positive client feedback on design and functionality.

● Number of successful campaign landing pages created and optimized

Eligibility Criteria

1) 1–3 years of hands-on experience in website development (agency or freelance background preferred).

2) Proven project experience of launching and optimizing atleast 10 E-commerce websites on platforms like Shopify/Wordpress/Wix

3) Strong working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.

4) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap; knowledge of PHP/React is a plus.

5) Familiarity with SEO practices, website optimization tools, and responsive design.

6) Experience in integrating third-party APIs and plugins.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
