Web Developer for Qatar

We are looking for Web Developer for Qatar location.

• Design and implement the visual and interactive elements of a website using HTML and CSS.

• Develop server-side logic, databases, and APIs using technologies such as Python, PHP, or Java.

• Combine both front-end and back-end skills to build complete web applications.

• Create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.

• Ensure websites and applications are mobile-friendly and work across various devices and screen sizes.

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the overall design and functionality.

• Develop and manage websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress.

• Customize CMS themes and plugins to meet specific client or project requirements.

• Optimize website performance by improving loading times, reducing server response times, and

optimizing images and resources.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to enhance performance and reduce errors.

• Implement security best practices to protect websites from common vulnerabilities such as SQL

injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

• Ensure the secure handling of user data and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Identify and resolve issues or bugs in websites and applications.

• Regularly update software, libraries, and plugins to maintain security and functionality.

• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.

• Implement and manage automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Integrate external services and APIs (e.g., social media platforms) into websites and applications.

• Develop and maintain custom APIs to support web application functionality.

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project requirements

are met.

• Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and

gather feedback.

• Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

• Develop user guides or manuals for clients or end-users as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.

• Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve development practices and enhance

user experiences.

• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.

• Manage the deployment of websites and applications to production environments.

Required Skills for Employees

At least 6 years’ experience as web developer, Having the following:

• Proven working experience in web programming

• Experience in Azure App Services

• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS

• Strong knowledge with at least two of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript

or Ruby on Rails

• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best

development practices

• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application

development

• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools

• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process

• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with

business acumen

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
