We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team and lead technical development across our U.S. market websites. We are a fast-growing security services company serving the U.S. market and expanding our support operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize landing pages and service websites for the U.S. market
• Develop custom functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS frameworks
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring high performance and security
• Collaborate with SEO & digital marketing teams to enhance user experience
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, booking forms, and lead capture systems
• Ensure full responsiveness, speed optimization & browser compatibility
• Manage website hosting, uptime, and technical troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 5+ years Web Development experience (agency or U.S. market background preferred)
• This is an on-site role, candidates who can join immediately and must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Strong proficiency in: WordPress development / plugins / custom themes | JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, PHP
• Experience implementing SEO best practices
• Experience with security, firewall, backups, and website compliance
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-oriented.
• Knowledge of U.S. market standards in security or related industries is an advantage
• Ability to work night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles operations.
