DSAND is looking for a dynamic digital professional with a unique blend of technical expertise, creative flair, and strategic thinking. This role is perfect for someone who can move effortlessly between web development, cloud tools, graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing—bringing innovative solutions to life across web, social, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web & Technical Operations

• Manage web hosting, domain registrations, and SQL database integration.
• Design, build, and maintain responsive websites with modern UI/UX principles.
• Integrate and manage secure payment gateways and e-commerce systems.
• Ensure site performance, uptime, and SEO optimization.
• Leverage G-Suite for collaboration and Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage, and deployment.

2. Design & Content Creation

• Develop visually compelling templates, brochures, leaflets, and presentations.
• Create and edit videos for festivals, events, and product launches.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools (Canva, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, etc.) for creative projects.
• Curate and manage the YouTube channel—video uploads, thumbnails, SEO, and analytics.

3. Social Media & E-Commerce

• Strategize and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Handle Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts—product listings, updates, and promotions.
• Collaborate on digital campaigns and track performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or related field.
• Certifications in Web Design, Cloud Platforms, or Digital Marketing (preferred).

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or graphic design.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Azure, WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Figma, and AI design tools.
• Strong portfolio of websites, templates, designs, or social campaigns.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Skilled in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of SEO, e-commerce workflows, and cloud deployment.
