Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Development Instructor at Career Institute, located in Faisalabad. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating and updating curriculums, and mentoring students to develop technical proficiency in web development. Responsibilities also include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining an engaging and interactive learning environment. Collaboration with team members to enhance instructional content and industry relevance is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training & Development and delivering effective training sessions
• Strong Communication skills to engage with students and address learning needs
• Background in Curriculum Development and designing effective instructional materials
• Thorough understanding of web development concepts, tools, and technologies
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience will be considered an advantage
