Web Development Manager

We are looking for a Web Development Manager with hands-on expertise in WordPress, PHP, and Laravel (plus point) to lead our web development team. The ideal candidate should come from a digital marketing agency background, have strong technical proficiency, and be capable of managing multiple website projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the web development team to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Work collaboratively with designers, content creators, SEO, and marketing teams to build performance-driven websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for speed, SEO, and usability.
• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and ensure code quality through regular reviews.
• Research and implement the latest web trends, frameworks, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges and ensure minimal downtime.
• Support in scoping, estimating, and planning new web development projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with strong proficiency in:
• WordPress, PHP, and MySQL
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience in Laravel framework is a strong advantage.
• Proven team management and leadership skills within a digital agency setup.
• Experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and page performance optimization.
• Experience with Git or version control systems.
• Exposure to CRM integrations, marketing automation tools, and landing page optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
