Web Development & SEO Strategist

Position Overview

The Web Development & SEO Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the organization’s website while ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user experience. This role requires a balance of technical expertise in web development and strategic insight into SEO practices to enhance digital visibility and increase traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.
• Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align web content.
• Research and implement the latest web technologies, SEO tools, and digital trends.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword performance, and competitor strategies using analytics tools.
• Provide recommendations for digital growth, conversion optimization, and user experience improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS platforms).
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
