Position Overview
We’re searching for a Web & Digital Graphic Designer who loves bringing brands to life online. This person will design and maintain visually stunning, high-performing websites while also creating digital ads and social content that capture attention and drive results.

If you’re equal parts creative and technical — comfortable working inside WordPress and Canva one day and editing a short video ad the next — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain client websites and landing pages (primarily WordPress)
• Create responsive web graphics, banners, and visual layouts that support marketing goals
• Build and optimize visuals for performance and user experience (mobile-first mindset)
• Design engaging social and display ad creative for Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
• Create and edit short-form video content for websites and social media
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to bring campaign concepts to life
• Maintain consistency with each brand’s identity and style guidelines

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva Pro
• Strong understanding of web design principles, layout, and UX best practices
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Video editing and motion design skills (for web and ad use)
• Understanding of digital ad specs, file optimization, and responsive design
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web analytics tools
• Experience designing email templates or web animations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,004.41 - $62,000.00 per year
