Role Overview

We are seeking a talented, creative, and motivated Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing website projects, creating digital and print graphics, enhancing UI/UX, and supporting multi-tenant cloud application designs. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to create high-impact visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage website design projects from concept to launch
• Plan sitemaps, landing pages, UX flows, and front-end layouts
• Design responsive and AMP-friendly web pages
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and manage deployments via FTP hosting
• Launch and migrate WordPress websites when required
• Design digital graphics including: social media creatives, infographics, Google/Facebook ads
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for web and print materials
• Create branding items including brochures, business cards, logos, and corporate identity
• Implement tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools
• Manage and update websites using various Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Perform basic video editing when required
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in web design, graphic design, or a related role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design skills
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with WordPress website migration and setup
• Knowledge of responsive design and AMP
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with digital marketing graphics and print design
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and optimization tools
• Basic knowledge of video editing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
