Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and navigation architecture of the CAS website to ensure a clear, intuitive experience that reflects the updated brand framework.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing/Brand, and external vendors on rebuild phases, wireframes, design, maintenance, and quality assurance testing.

  • Partner with staff across departments to create, audit, archive, organize, and align web content with CAS’s brand voice and digital strategy.
  • Manage content approval workflows to ensure website updates are accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule.

  • Use analytics and traffic metrics to evaluate site performance, guide content strategy, and inform site development decisions.
  • Support the reduction of unnecessary technical complexity by aligning platforms, plugins, and integrations with CAS’s security and efficiency goals.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors to monitor and maintain site security.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate one direct report, providing work guidance, goal-setting, and professional development support.
