Web & UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic, Web & UI/UX Designer who can design visual content, responsive websites, and user-focused interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, user experience design principles, and experience working in a fast-paced service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and responsive interface components.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and refine visual assets such as logos, icons, banners, and brand collaterals.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and clients to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and stay updated with design trends and tools.
• Work on multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic, web, and UI/UX design (preferably with a service-based IT company).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and knowledge of front-end frameworks (a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate user and business needs into visually appealing designs.

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with branding and corporate identity design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,571.45 - ₹30,000.00 per month
