Role Description

We are looking for a Webflow Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain modern, responsive websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands front-end fundamentals, and can convert designs into high-quality Webflow builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites using Webflow Designer and CMS
• Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow layouts
• Build and manage CMS collections, dynamic pages, and interactions
• Implement animations and micro-interactions using Webflow Interactions
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Maintain and update existing Webflow projects
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and CMS issues
• Follow best practices for clean structure and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience working with Webflow
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with Webflow CMS and dynamic content
• Familiarity with responsive design principles
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience integrating third-party tools (forms, analytics, embeds)
• Ability to follow design systems and style guides
• Good communication and time-management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of custom code embeds in Webflow
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG basics)
• Experience with Webflow Ecommerce
• Version control or staging experience
• Client-facing or agency experience
