Job Description

Xofts is looking for a motivated and skilled WordPress Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in WordPress development and experience working with modern page builders to create responsive, high-performance websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Convert designs into responsive WordPress pages
• Work with page builders such as Elementor
• Customize themes and plugins using HTML & CSS
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot WordPress-related issues
• Collaborate with designers and team members to deliver projects on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS
• Hands-on experience with Elementor Builder
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience with Oxygen Builder
• Experience with Bricks Builder
• Basic understanding of website optimization and SEO
• Familiarity with hosting, cPanel, and site migration
