Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to design and develop responsive, high-quality websites. In this role, you will work closely with our design and content teams to transform concepts into functional, visually engaging, and performance-optimized websites.

Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect websites using Webflow.
• Design attractive, user-friendly layouts in Figma and turn them into fully functional Webflow websites
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Maintain and update existing websites as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience developing websites with Webflow.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, animations, and modern UI/UX principles.
• Strong skills in creating attractive layouts and mockups using Figma.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with integrations (APIs, forms, CMS, e-commerce).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent design sense and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with other website builders (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics.
• Graphic design skills.

Note: This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with six working days a week. However, the employee is required to attend the office as needed or when requested by the management.
