Webflow & Framer Developer / Designer

Job Location: Civic Center Phase 4, Bahria Town

Job Description Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Webflow & Framer Developer/Designer to bridge the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in web design, interactions, and prototyping, as well as have the ability to implement custom code to create dynamic and engaging websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototype: Create visually compelling and interactive web experiences, translating Figma prototypes into production-ready websites using Webflow or Framer.
• Responsive Web Design: Ensure that all designs and prototypes are optimized for different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile) to provide an optimal user experience.
• Web Animations & Interactions: Implement complex animations, transitions, and user interactions using Webflow’s Interactions or Framer’s React-based animations.
• Custom Code Implementation: Add custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React components for enhanced functionality and interactivity in both Webflow and Framer.
• Web Development: Design and develop functional websites or web apps, including content management systems (CMS) and custom features as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure seamless project delivery, maintaining alignment between visual design and functionality.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure that websites and prototypes are fully functional.
• SEO Best Practices: Apply SEO principles to ensure high-quality, search-engine-friendly websites.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of the design and functionality based on user feedback and analytics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Webflow for building responsive websites, including CMS management, animations, and custom code integration.
• Expertise in Framer for creating interactive prototypes and web applications, using advanced animations and React-based coding.
• Experience with Figma for design and prototyping, collaborating with design teams to ensure visual and functional alignment.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing and optimizing web designs.
• Responsive design expertise for creating seamless user experiences across devices.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices to ensure optimal website performance.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with both design and development teams.
• Attention to detail in ensuring cross-device compatibility and high-quality user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React and JavaScript frameworks for advanced coding in Framer.
• Ability to work with complex web animations and micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with design systems and creating consistent design libraries in both Figma and Webflow/Framer.
• Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git for collaboration with development teams.
