Webmaster / eCommerce Manager

Our customer base is varied as we directly serve both the public, as well as Government ( local Sate and Federal) agencies who provide our items to their clients.

Job Overview:
MaxiAids is looking for a detail-oriented Webmaster to manage our online presence and multiple web-stores. You will be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of our site (work with the developers ( outside consultants) on any issues and updates as needed, from server-side maintenance to front-end updates and will take part in meetings and updates for SEO optimization using our outside SEO management consultants. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and creative problem-solving, ensuring our digital storefront remains a high-performing asset for our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management: Upload, format, and update website content (inventory, products, banners) to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor site health, Identify and fix broken links, display bugs, and functional errors across various browsers and mobile devices. Work with both internal and external teams to resolve any issues involving our website or web services.
• Seller Platforms: Monitor and improve both Amazon and Walmart third party seller platforms, promptly responding to any alerts, updates or changes as well as updating products and inventory as needed.
• Email: Create and send out email marketing “Blasts” to customers on a regular basis·
• Security: Implement and manage security protocols, including SSL certificates, and regular software/plugin updates to protect against cyber threats.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer.
• Platforms: Proficiency in Amazon and Walmart 3rd party seller platforms.
• Technical Stack: Strong knowledge of VB6, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, ASP. Familiarity with PHP is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong project management abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with order management software.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Pay: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
