Website and Digital Listing Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Website & Digital Listings Manager to oversee the daily management of our online presence. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating product information, ensuring compliance with COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and keeping our digital listings accurate and engaging. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with WIX, as well as the ability to optimize website usability and user experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Leafly Ads Management
• Maintain and update daily ads on Leafly.
• Update product listings daily
• Ensure promotional content, product availability, and brand messaging are consistent and accurate.
• Website Maintenance (WIX Platform)
• Update website regularly with current product strains, pricing, and inventory.
• Upload and maintain product COAs to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to website performance.
• Usability & User Experience
• Enhance website functionality and navigation to improve customer experience.
• Monitor site performance and suggest improvements for speed, design, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align site updates with campaigns and events.
• Content Accuracy & Branding
• Ensure all online information reflects brand standards and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across digital channels

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing websites, preferably on WIX.
• Familiarity with Leafly platform and online cannabis listings (preferred but not required; training available).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
