Oversee website development quality & evaluations

Offer technical support and resolve sales issues

Handle outbound calls and ensure smooth call transfers

Maintain performance reports and sales documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's in any stream

Minimum 2+ years in website sales (International B2B)

1+ years as a Team Leader in the website sales process

Strong English communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and decision-making abilities

Good to have qualities:

Handle pressure, targets, and team conflicts efficiently

Close deals directly through transferred calls

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
