Website Content Administrator (Omani National)

Job Title: Website Content Administrator (Bilingual – Arabic & English)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Website Content Administrator to manage and update content for our online music shop. The role involves uploading and organizing product descriptions, images, and promotional materials in both Arabic and English, ensuring the website is accurate, engaging, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic graphic design skills, and an understanding of how to present products effectively online.

Responsibilities:

- Upload, update, and maintain product listings (descriptions, prices, specifications, and images) in Arabic and English.

- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and visually consistent.

- Perform basic image editing and graphic design for product photos, banners, and promotional content.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to publish new products, promotions, and seasonal offers on time.

- Monitor the website to ensure proper functionality, updated inventory, and active product links.

- Organize and archive product images and digital assets for future use.

- Support e-commerce campaigns by ensuring the website reflects current promotions and featured products.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and reading).

- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or equivalent).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Interest in music, instruments, or retail is a plus.

Preferred Skills (not required):

- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and SEO basics.

- Familiarity with online retail product presentation.

- Understanding of digital marketing and social media integration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO325.000 - RO350.000 per month
