We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist based in Oman, with strong knowledge of the language and culture, to manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms.

This role requires someone who understands how to search for content ideas, follow trends, create engaging posts, and interact naturally with the local audience, while aligning with brand guidelines and business goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across all major social media platforms, including:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Snapchat
• X (Twitter)
• Youtube
• Write captions and replies in Arabic, with the ability to adjust tone based on the platform.
• Research content ideas daily by:
• Monitoring trends
• Following competitors
• Analyzing viral local and regional content
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to brief content ideas clearly.
• Manage comments, messages, and community engagement professionally.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and share insights.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms.
• Support marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.

✅ Requirements Mandatory

• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms and how their algorithms work.
• Ability to search, analyze, and adapt trending content ideas.
• Strong copywriting skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

• Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics.
• Experience using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
