Website Coordinator (With Order Management)

Position Overview

Beyondstar is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Jewelry Website Coordinator to manage daily website operations and handle end-to-end order management. The ideal candidate must have strong e-commerce knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of jewelry product handling, descriptions, and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Coordination (Jewelry E-Commerce)

• Upload, update, and maintain jewelry product listings with accurate descriptions, sizes, weights, purity (e.g., 18K, 22K), and pricing
• Manage product images, videos, and category organization for optimal customer experience
• Ensure website consistency, correct product filters, and proper navigation
• Monitor website functionality and report issues promptly
• Perform basic SEO updates for category pages and product pages

Order Processing & Customer Handling

• Manage end-to-end order processing including verification, invoicing, packaging coordination, and dispatch
• Work closely with the production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of jewelry orders
• Track order status and maintain daily logs for pending, processed, shipped, and delivered orders
• Assist in managing returns, repairs, exchanges, and after-sales support
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and order performance

Required Competencies

• Experience with jewelry e-commerce platforms (e-jewels)
• Understanding of jewelry details (weights, karats, gemstone types, variants, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail—especially for product accuracy
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently
• Basic knowledge of website management and SEO (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
