Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for design and detail? As a Web Designer at Townsquare Interactive, you'll bring small and medium-sized businesses to life online—designing and refining well-structured, highly-functional websites that help them grow. You'll collaborate closely with our onboarding team, applying both technical skill and creative insight to deliver high-quality designs that align with each client's brand and goals.

What You'll Do:

As a Web Designer, you'll create engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect each client's vision and drive measurable results. Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing and building 3–4 websites per day for small to medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries using CMS platforms like Duda, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.

• Ensuring each design aligns with client style preferences and meets accessibility and SEO standards.

• Making final revisions, edits, and optimizations prior to website launch to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Designing simple business logos and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools.

• Partnering with onboarding agents and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

• Troubleshooting and resolving website or design issues efficiently and creatively.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree (required)

• Proven experience designing and building websites through CMS platforms (Duda, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).

• Basic knowledge of front-end languages (HTML/CSS).

• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required).

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
