Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Website Developer to join our in-house marketing and digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visual content, maintaining our company’s website, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design

• Create social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Design visuals for online ads, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Website Development

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites (WordPress or similar platforms).
• Optimize website for performance, responsiveness, and SEO.
• Add new pages, content, and design improvements regularly.
• Troubleshoot and fix website issues promptly.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements.
• Manage multiple design and web projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website management.
• Understanding of digital marketing visuals and social media content.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (optional but preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Development, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
