**What You'll Do**

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop Stunning Websites: Create responsive, user-friendly websites using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Build Marketing-Focused Solutions: Design high-converting landing pages and implement conversion optimization strategies
• WordPress Development: Customize and maintain WordPress sites, themes, and plugins
• SEO Implementation: Ensure websites are optimized for search engines with clean, SEO-friendly code
• E-commerce Solutions: Develop online stores with secure payment gateway integrations
• Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Analytics Integration: Implement tracking codes and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)

**What We're Looking For**

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive design and mobile-first development
• WordPress development and customization
• Version control (Git)
• Cross-browser compatibility
• SEO knowledge and implementation experience
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction
• Portfolio showcasing responsive websites and web applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)
• Knowledge of server-side languages (PHP, Node.js)
• E-commerce platform experience (WooCommerce, Shopify)
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Basic design skills and familiarity with design tools
