NIGHT SHIFT (ONSITE ROLE)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our websites and landing pages to support marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain company websites and landing pages
● Optimize website performance, speed, and security
● Implement SEO best practices (technical SEO)
● Integrate marketing tools, CRM, tracking pixels, and APIs
● Fix bugs and ensure smooth user experience
● Coordinate with UI/UX and marketing teams

Requirements
● 5+ years of web development experience
● Strong knowledge of WordPress / Custom CMS
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
● Experience with hosting, server management, and website security
● Understanding of technical SEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
