Website & Digital Operations Specialist

We are seeking a tech-savvy, data-driven Website & Digital Operations Specialist to take ownership of our digital ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just be keeping our website running; you will be the ultimate bridge connecting our digital storefront, our CRM backend, and our direct customer communication channels.

If you are a master of Zoho workflows, know how to turn a website into a conversion machine, and can craft WhatsApp campaigns that people actually want to read, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Handling & Optimization

  • Day-to-Day Management: Oversee website uptime, performance, and general content updates (CMS management, product/landing page creation).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and implement tweaks to improve UI/UX and boost conversion rates.
  • SEO & Analytics: Monitor website health, troubleshoot technical issues, and utilize Google Analytics/Search Console to optimize traffic and performance.

2. Zoho CRM & Ecosystem Management

  • Workflow Automation: Build, maintain, and optimize workflows within Zoho CRM and related tools (Zoho Flow, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms).
  • Data Hygiene: Ensure seamless data flow between the website, lead capture forms, and the CRM while keeping the database clean and organized.
  • Reporting: Generate actionable reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, lead attribution, and team performance.

3. WhatsApp Campaign Management

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and deploy end-to-end WhatsApp broadcasting and marketing campaigns via WhatsApp Business API or integrated Zoho tools.
  • Customer Journeys: Design automated chat flows, triggers, and sequences to nurture leads and re-engage dormant users.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics (delivery rates, read rates, and CTRs) to continuously improve campaign ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital operations, website management, or marketing automation.
  • Tech Stack Expertise:
  • Deep proficiency with Zoho CRM and its integrated applications.
  • Proven experience managing WhatsApp Business API platforms (e.g., Wati, Interakt, Aisensy, or Zoho's native integration).
  • Strong hands-on experience with popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into data to figure out why a campaign worked or where users are dropping off on the website.
  • Communication: Sharp copywriting skills tailored for high-converting WhatsApp messages and web microcopy.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
