Website Maintenance & Social Media VA

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help maintain a portfolio of bulk Rank & Rent websites and handle social media account setup + ongoing posting.

Your main focus will be keeping sites updated, creating branded social profiles (Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and sharing website URLs with well-written social media posts and relevant images designed in Canva.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following processes for repetitive tasks at scale.

ResponsibilitiesRank & Rent Website Maintenance

• Maintain and update a portfolio of Rank & Rent websites (bulk sites)
• Add/edit content pages as needed (service pages, location pages, basic edits)
• Update site elements (images, headings, internal links, menus if required)
• Ensure websites are clean, functional, and look professional
• Basic SEO hygiene (meta titles/descriptions, image alt text, formatting)

Social Media Setup & Management

• Create social media accounts for each website on:
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)
• Pinterest
• LinkedIn
• Set up profiles with correct branding (logo, cover/banner, business description, website URL, etc.)
• Maintain a tracking sheet of logins, profile URLs, and status

Posting & Content Creation (Canva + Sharing URLs)

• Create “social-worthy” posts that promote each website URL
• Design related images in Canva (simple branded templates are fine)
• Post consistently across the social accounts with:
• Relevant captions
• Hashtags (when appropriate)
• Website URL included
• Repurpose content across platforms while keeping it platform-appropriate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 8 per week
