About the Role:
We are seeking a Website Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and optimization of our company’s websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, secure, and optimized for both search engines and conversions.
You will work closely with designers, developers, and the marketing team to maintain consistent branding, improve user experience, and drive traffic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain website content, layout, and functionality.
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and loading speed; coordinate fixes as needed.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied across all web pages.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new features.
- Track and analyze web metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Manage website integrations with CRMs, forms, payment gateways, and other marketing tools.
- Ensure website security, regular backups, and version updates.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product launches, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Conduct regular website audits for content accuracy, broken links, and design consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest web trends, UX/UI improvements, and digital technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Website Manager, Web Administrator, or Digital Marketing Executive.
- Strong understanding of WordPress / Shopify / Webflow / Next.js (depending on your company’s platform).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast, etc.) and Google Analytics.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Eye for design, detail, and user experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma).
- Basic understanding of email marketing and social media integration.
- Experience managing multiple domains or multilingual websites.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and responsive design.
