Website Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Website Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, performance, and optimization of our website. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, an understanding of user experience, and the ability to improve website conversions, speed, and overall functionality. The goal is to maintain a high-performing, secure, and user-friendly website aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily website operations including uptime monitoring and issue resolution.
• Update product listings, images, descriptions, banners, and content as required.
• Create and manage landing pages, perform A/B testing, and improve conversion rates.
• Handle basic SEO tasks including on-page optimization, metadata, headings, and URL structure.
• Improve page speed performance and maintain mobile responsiveness.
• Set up, track, and report using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Manage e-commerce platform functions (Shopify), inventory sync, and basic store setup.
• Troubleshoot website bugs and implement minor technical fixes (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Manage third-party integrations such as payment gateways, Loyalty Program, CRM tools, chatbots, and email automation.
• Ensure security updates, plugin/theme updates, SSL management, and backups.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for new projects or UI/UX improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly website performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech or related field).
• 1+ years of experience in website management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficiency with Shopify.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Knowledge of page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
