This role is a full-time, in-office position located at our Fort Myers, Florida office.
What We're Searching For:
Avenue Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Website Project Coordinator (WPC) to be the central pivot for our web design and development projects. You will be the critical link between our clients, sales team, and production teams, responsible for ensuring the successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of moderately complicated, WordPress-based websites. Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Project Management & Coordination:
- Lead Project Flow: Serve as the primary driver for all website projects, managing multiple sites concurrently.
- Time & Budget Adherence: Create, maintain, and rigorously manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure all projects meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Kickoff Leadership: Participate in and lead internal and external project kickoff calls with the Sales team, ensuring a clear, articulated understanding of the project brief, scope, and client objectives across all stakeholders.
- Tool Management: Utilize project management and communication tools, specifically Accelo and Slack, to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate efficient team collaboration.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the website project lifecycle, gathering necessary assets, communicating project status, and managing expectations.
- Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate tasks and communication among key internal teams: Web Strategists, Designers, Developers, and SEO Specialists.
- Content Strategy Support: Work closely with the Client Services team to guide the content generation process, refining content, and ensuring it aligns with project goals.
Quality Control & Sign-Off:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous final QA testing process to ensure the delivered product is "pixel perfect" and meets all quality standards.
- Stakeholder Sign-Off: Be responsible for securing formal, final sign-off from all necessary stakeholders, including the client and internal leadership.
- Reporting: Report directly to the VP of Operations and Client Services on project health, potential risks, and resource needs.

Requirements:
- Experience: A few years of hands-on project coordination or account management experience, ideally within a marketing or web agency environment.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge of project management (e.g., Accelo, ClickUp, Asana, Trello) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
- Technical Familiarity: Strong functional understanding of the website design and development process and familiarity with WordPress.
- Location: Must be able to work full-time in our Fort Myers, Florida office.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be fully considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
