Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Website Sales & Marketplace Executive
to manage and grow online sales across our
own e-commerce website
and leading
marketplace platforms
including
Amazon, Noon, Trendyol
, and other regional channels.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing online performance, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution from listings to order fulfillment and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Website (DTC) Sales

Manage daily sales operations on the company website

Monitor traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and online revenue

Coordinate promotions, product launches, and homepage updates
-
Ensure accurate pricing, content, and stock availability
Marketplace Management
-
Manage Amazon, Noon, Trendyol seller accounts
-
Create and optimize product listings and promotions
-
Monitor seller health, ratings, and platform compliance
Sales & Operations
-
Drive sales growth across website and marketplaces
-
Coordinate orders, inventory, fulfillment, and returns
-
Handle customer queries and reviews professionally
Reporting & Performance

Track sales, conversion, inventory, and campaign performance
-
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements

3+ years proven experience in website sales and marketplace management
-
Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon / Noon / Trendyol
-
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)

Strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills
Preferred

Experience in home, furniture, mattress, or lifestyle categories

Exposure to multi-brand or high-SKU environments
