About the Role

eCash Mortgage, the retail division of NMSI, Inc., is seeking a Website & Social Media Manager to oversee our company website, social media channels, and online marketing presence. This role involves managing freelancers, coordinating digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent, engaging content across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working with both in-house teams and external freelancers. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence to generate leads and build our brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content.
• Coordinate with freelancers handling ads, design, and other creative projects.
• Create and post content (graphics, short videos, posts) for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and Google Business.
• Perform basic poster design and simple video editing for social campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads and Yelp Ads in collaboration with freelancers.
• Track campaign performance, provide feedback to freelancers, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
• Monitor customer engagement and respond to online inquiries or feedback where appropriate.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, Google).
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Basic video editing skills for short promotional content.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing freelancers.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in social media management, website management, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Yelp Ads, and SEO basics.
• Experience working with mortgage, financial services, or real estate industries is a plus.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
